Who We Are
The Diamond Engine, Hose, Hook and Ladder Company is one of five volunteer fire companies in the city of Hazleton.
We have a wide variety of training and are ready to assist when called upon for any reason.
Some of our specialty training includes:

Some of our members are also PA state instructors in their spare time with more certified to instruct or evaluate.

Our current apparatus is a 2021 KME 2000 GPM pump.
We currently have over 50 volunteer officers and firefighters and run an average of 800 calls for service per year for our company, and the HFD averaging over 1100 calls.
Our calls range from simple public assists to just about any other type of incident you can think of.

We also assist other municipalities when called upon for any reason.
