For purposes of representation, The Diamond Fire Company #2 of Hazleton, PA shall be referred to as "the fire company" or "fire company" hereon out.
Raffle is valid from time of initial posting until the drawing is completed. Raffle is for item(s) listed only (no background items included).
All raffles will be drawn at the fire company quarters and broadcast on Facebook live. Any changes to the date and time will be posted on the fire company web and Facebook pages.
All taxes, costs & fees are the responsibility of the winner and shall not be paid for by the fire company or its members/officers for any reason unless stated otherwise in the raffle listing.
Winner must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws to include (but not limited to) minimum age requirements for purchase of entries & eligibility for possession of any items won.
Anyone winning a raffle and unable to complete the transaction for said item for any reason (such as eligibility to transfer a firearm), forfeits the raffle prize.
All winners must make arrangements to obtain their prize within 30 days. If arrangements are not made within 30 days, the prize is forfeited and will be raffled off again.
Raffle prizes will be shipped directly to the address on file with your square entry (with shipping costs paid for by the winner by separate square invoice) or picked up at the discretion and arrangement of the fire co. Pick up requires a valid state issued ID where age restricted. Prizes cannot be picked up from the paid driver on duty at the station. Prize must be picked up as arranged when contacted unless further arrangements are made. In the event the item is restricted by law, the winner is responsible to arrange and pay for shipping with the selling location.
The fire company bears no liability for shipping delays nor misrepresentation. Every effort possible will be made to represent the prizes accurately.
The fire company reserves the right to modify these guidelines at any time & without prior notification.
The fire company reserves the right to modify the listing of any raffle as it sees fit to more accurately describe the given prize.
The number of tickets available may be lowered but not raised.
You release & forever hold harmless the Diamond Fire Company #2, its officers and members from all civil & legal liability that may arise from the participation in this raffle, possession, & use of prizes.
All sales are final.
